READY TO JOIN THE CHASIN’ PETS FAM?
We’re ready to meet you! But first, here’s what we’ll need before welcoming you and your fur baby to the pack:
Schedule a 30-minute Meet and Greet where you’ll take a tour of our home, meet our regular daycare kids, and get to know us!
Current vaccine records that show proof of Bordetella (required every 6 months), Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, Leptospirosis, and Canine Influenza
Proof of spay/neuter
Completed Chasin’ Pets application and documents (to be provided via email)
Temperament evaluations: 1 trial daycare stay and 1 trial overnight stay (based on our comfort level, we may ask for additional stays)
