Dog Buddha’s Product Review: Snout Soother

by admin on March 23, 2011

Fabulous products sold by London Canine Couture, that’s what’s hot!

I am obsessed with everything dog. “Yes, I did say that out loud.”

I have a pug, named Winston. He is famous in some part of Los Angeles and especially in his own mind. The only issues I have with Winston are two: (1). He lives for food and (2). He had a very crackly and dry nose.

I was in a quandary about how to fix his crackly little nose. I tried doggy sunscreen, doggy nose creams and nothing and I mean nothing helped.

Winston is in good company.  Maybe your dog has a crackly or crusty nose. Many of Winston’s pals do too: The Frenchies, The English Bulldogs, Our Shi Tzu friends even our St. Bernard pals. Even our Poms and Boxer Groupies, just to name of few of you.

What was my solution? Then, as Oprah might say, I had that “Ah-Ha Moment”. I went to the internet and did my research and came across London Canine Couture’s web site: London Canine Couture . I sent a quick note off to the owner Danelle explaining my frustration, trying to heal Winston’s nose. She quickly called me back. She was extremely helpful. She recommended a product that I had never heard of before, SNOUT SOOTHER.

I immediately got some, and tried it.  I took before and after pictures of Winston. By day #3, I could see there was a noticeable difference in his nose. See for yourself…

The Product Winston owes his beautiful pugalicious nose to

I thought, this was caviar for his nose. So easy to apply, I just took a little on my ring finger and just gently, patted his little nose. I have to tell you, I like it, it actually worked!  I also liked the fact that SNOUT SOOTHER did more than relieve Winston’s nose issues. This little ointment in the cutest container is a multi-tasker too. Here is what I’m talkin’ about:

1. It has a built in sunscreen. I live in California, where the sun shines most of the time. Even when it’s not shining, there is sun damage to be had.

2. It’s all natural. I love that. I want to keep Winston and his pals healthy.

3. It also protects against Windburn, Canine Acne, and some Rashes! It is so soothing.

I could go on and on about this. Check out Winston’s before and after shots! I would get your paws on this product if your dog has a crackly nose.  Zip to Danelle’s web site; London Canine Couture and check it out for yourself.

It looks like a good product. I’ve been using bag balm for years on Tank but it doesn’t have sun screen.

You have to use is daily or it won’t work. Winston has such a dry nose. So pug of him. I use several products that I like including bag balm too.

You can use a dab of sunscreen mixed with the bag balm on his nose. At night, of course use just the bag balm. Winston has the crackles too! He gets an assortment of products: Snout Soother, bag balm, and a product by Warren and London, Grapeseed Oil (non greasy)! You mught have to send me a picture of Tanls’ nose, so I can look at it:). I did see the picture of Tank and his gun. Wish you lived closer, I would send you over what I use so you can check them all out and let me know.
